PRICING
Customer shall pay for the products ordered at the price displayed at the time the order is submitted.No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that product is delivered. That means all products are fix price exclude postage.
DIRECTION TO ACCEPT ORDERS
Annahouse Of Fashion has the absolute discretion as to whether an order placed on its website is accepted and fulfilled. We may cancel an order for any reason whatsoever.
PURCHASE & CANCELLATION
All orders are automatically deleted if payment is not received after 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice if the product ordered is no longer available in stock or defected.
Thus, Customers have the responsibility to check their order status from time to time before the orders completed shipped. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Every effort will be made to fulfill orders placed with Annahouse Of Fashion, but no member shall be liable to any person if Annahouse Of Fashion is unable to or declines to supply a product for any reason whatsoever.
Annahouse Of Fashion reserves the right to limit quantities able to be ordered by, or delivered to, buyers. If an order is reduced in accordance with this clause, the price payable by the Customer for that order will be adjusted accordingly.
Annahouse Of Fashion may delay dispatch of orders due to stock availability.
DELIVERY
All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 1-3 working days once payment received. We are using BEST EXPRESS for local shipping; it takes 1-3 working days to reach your address.
Annahouse Of Fashion shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
